Kit includes 75 amp alternator, backing plate kit, alternator/generator stand, and alternator/generator strap. Fits VW Type 1 Beetle, Karmann Ghia, 1961-1971 Type 2 Bus with the Type 1 upright engine, and Air Cooled VW based dune buggy, sand rail, baja bug, and woods buggy.
**Tech Tip: Simple 2-wire installation - the main post wires straight to the POS+ starter and battery. The smaller terminal wires to the charging/alternator light on the dash, then to a keyed-on POS+ source. You must run a non-LED charging/alternator light for these alternators to charge.
