DBW Driverpak 92mm top end rebuild kit for VW Type 1 engines. Includes 92mm pistons & cylinders, stock style cylinder heads fit for 90.5mm pistons with 35mm intake valves, 32mm exhaust valves, with 53cc combustion chambers, Elring gasket kit, and stock style replacement pushrod tubes.
These 043101355CK-92 cylinder heads use 14mm 3/4 inch reach spark plugs.
A thorough inspection of the bottom end should always be performed when replacing pistons and cylinders. This kit only rebuilds the top end of your 1835cc engine with new pistons, cylinders, wrist pins, rings, cylinder heads, gaskets, and pushrod tubes.
This kit will fit a 1835cc VW engine that has already been bored out to fit 90.5/92mm pistons and cylinder liners. This will NOT fit stock engine case.
