Empi 22-2871-F heavy duty 4x130mm lug pattern rear brake kit for IRS 1973-79 Beetle, Super Beetle, and 1973-74 Karmann Ghia, and dune buggies or baja bugs with Beetle based IRS rear suspensions. This kit includes provisions for cable-operated parking brake or emergency brakes.
4x130mm 4-lug rotors are long spline to fit IRS rear ends. Rotors are drilled for 14mm-1.5 thread lug studs or bolts (not included).
Kit includes heavy duty rear caliper brackets, rotors, floating calipers, brake pads, soft brake lines, parking brake cables, outer rear wheel seals, and caliper mounting bolts. Includes 68 inch long E-brake cables to fit the 73-later chasiss, and includes cable shortening kit in case you are using this on a shortened pan buggy or kit car.
Tech Tip: You must use 15 inch or larger wheels with this kit.
